Permits filed for ANWR test well

ASRC Energy Services filed for a permit to drill a test well 20 miles southwest of Kaktovik. If the test well is approved it may give drilling opponents or proponents for fuel for their case. Of course, results are not always released to the public, but undoubtedly there will be whispers about the results.
